Microsoft Outlook E-mail account Setup

This document will help you set up your Microsoft Outlook for use with BizIntegrators IMAP E-mail account.

1) Open Microsoft Outlook.

2) Select "Tools" -> "Accounts" from the main menu.







3) Select "Add" -> "Mail".







4) Type in your name.

Click [ Next ] to continue.







5) Type in your E-mail address.

Click [ Next ] to continue.







6) From the drop-down menu on top, select "IMAP" server.

Fill in the Incoming and Outgoing servers:

Incoming server: incoming.bizintegrators.com
Outgoing server: outgoing.bizintegrators.com

Click [ Next ] to continue.







7) Type in your account name and password.
Your account name will always be in this form: username@domain.com

Click [ Next ] to continue.







8) If you see this screen next, select the method you use to connect to the Internet.
For most (business) users, this will be "LAN" (DSL and Cable modem Internet also use this method).

Click [ Next ] to continue.







9) We are almost there! Click on [Finish] to continue your setup.







10) Select your new mail account and click on [ Properties ] on the right side of the small window.







11) Type in the name you would like to use for this mail account.
We use "BizIntegrators E-mail", but you can type in whatever you want.

Also, make sure "Name" and "E-mail address" fields are correct.







12) Click on the "Servers" tab.

Double check all fields:

Incoming mail (IMAP): incoming.bizintegrators.com
Outgoing mail (SMTP): outgoing.bizintegrators.com

On the bottom of the window, select "My server requires authentication" checkbox.







13) Click on the [ Settings.. ] button to the right of the "My server requires authentication" checkbox.

Select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" if it is not selected already.

Click [ OK ] to close this window.







14) Click on [ OK ] to close the Properties window.

15) Click on [ Close ] button to close "Internet Accounts" window.

16) Close your Outlook, and then start it again. You should be all set!
