How do I sign up for Web Hosting?
Take a look at our hosting options to find the right option for you.
I would like more disk space / E-Mail accounts / ...; how do I upgrade my account?
To request an account upgrade, please contact support.
Include your full name, account name, order number you received when you signed up for web hosting, and
an Option you would like to upgrade to. Web hosting options are listed
here.
How do I change my E-Mail/Webmail/IMAP password?
Passwords can be changed through webmail interface.
How do I access Webmail?
You can log in to your Webmail account at
webmail.bizintegrators.com.
How do I filter SPAM?
Our mail servers mark SPAM email as such. You can filter SPAM email to a separate
folder, that way your INBOX will get less unwanted email. To learn how to
filter email, follow our online documentation with screenshots:

We are in process of adding guides for other email clients.
Please note that Outlook Express does not support SPAM filtering. To take advantage of
our anti-spam filters, please use another email client, like MS Outlook,
Mozilla Thunderbird,
Eudora or another.
What platform or operating system is used for UNIX hosting?
All our web servers run OpenBSD.
What is the limit on the maximum e-mail size / attachments?
These are our current limits:
When receiving e-mail: 25MB
When sending e-mail: 10MB (POP3 or IMAP client), 5MB (Webmail)
Do you have PHP safe_mode enabled on your servers?
Yes, we do.
Do you offer custom web hosting packages?
Yes, we do, email us your request at info [at] bizintegrators.com and we will send you a quote.
Does your web server support the Flash MIME type?
Yes, it does.
Does your MySQL database support phpMyAdmin interface?
Yes, we can install phpMyAdmin inside your web directory.
Do you support PERL with .cgi extensions?
Yes, we do.
Do you support cron jobs?
Yes, we do.
