How do I sign up for Business E-mail Hosting?

How do I access Business WebMail?
Log in to your Business WebMail account at WebMail login page.

I would like more E-mail accounts.
To request additional E-mail accounts, please contact support. Include your full name, your e-mail domain name, order number you received when you signed up for E-mail hosting, and a list of new account names (E-mails) you would like to have.

Is it possible to upgrade mail store space?
Yes, for all mail space upgrades please e-mail support.

How do I change my E-mail/WebMail/IMAP password?
Passwords can be changed through Business WebMail interface.

I need my E-mail to be secure. Do you support SSL?
Yes, we support SSL for WebMail, IMAP, POP and SMTP, and use 128-bit encryption.

Do you have anti-Spam filters?
Yes, we use multi-layer Spam filtering. We also tag all Spam e-mail so it can be filtered to a separate folder. You can filter them with your e-mail client, or we can filter them for you. To have us put your Spam e-mail into your Spam folder automatically (so you don't have to set up any filters), log in via WebMail interface, and enable the anti-Spam filter under Mail -> Filters.

How do I report Spam?
Click the "Report as Spam" link when reading your e-mail message in WebMail. Based on our user input, we modify our filters every day.

Do you have anti-virus protection?
Yes, anti-virus protection is integrated into our mail servers. All virus infected e-mail is dropped before it ever reaches the destination mailbox.

What operating system does Business E-mail Hosting service run on?
All our servers run on OpenBSD.
